A miniature city builder for MS-DOS
Play using the DOSBox emulator. Made in QuickBasic 4.5.
Requires EGA graphics and a mouse. Supports VGA and PC Speaker sound effects.
- Version 1.2 fixes an overflow bug with the new mouse routines introduced in 1.1.
